Although our server are robust and reliable, on the odd occasion you may require some technical assistance.
Therefore, in addition to the Flash Tutorials we offer a email based ticket support system. If you are a client just send an email to support@ukcheaphosts.com and this will be added automatically to our ticket support system.
It should be noted that our response times during our business hours which are 9am - 9pm CET monday to friday are around 30 minutes, on the weekends a little longer. Issues are generally resolved within 24 hours.
