What is reselling?
Reselling is when you buy space from us and then sell that space on to your clients for a profit. The client would never know that we were involved and they would think that you are the hosting company. We provide all the management tools via the WHM interface which allows you to manage your part of the server and you can of course look at billing software like WHMCS to set up automated billing.
Do you allow overselling on reseller accounts?
Overselling is not allowed. You can however host unlimited clients and domains but within your reseller space allocation. This means when creating your web hosting packages and you create a client, the amount of space you assign to that client will count against and be deducted against your reseller allocation. For example, if you made a package that allows 50MB of space for a client, then you will have appx 4550MB left to allocate.
Who supports my clients?
You are our client so we will fully support you 100%. However with your own clients that you resell to, they would contact you first and you would decide whether to escalate the query to us. We would never contact your clients directly, all support for your own clients is done by yourself as the reseller.
Can I have my own nameservers to give to my clients?
Yes of course. We can add your domain name to our dns cluster and create a ns1 and ns2 nameservers for you. You would then give your clients your own nameservers and they will never know that you are buying from us.
