If you suspect one of our hosting clients or someone who has a domain name registered with us is sending spam, phishing, deceptive e-mails or is using their domain / hosting for nefarious reasons then please contact us.
For spam and phishing reports please send as much information as possible, including the ‘from’ address, ‘to’ address, date sent and if possible the e-mail header information to info@ukcheaphosts.com
For other abuse reports please send the domain name and any other useful information to info@ukcheaphosts.com
Once received we will investigate the customer’s account and respond to you within five business days.
