We have been busy upgrading our support portal over the last few days to make things a bit easier for our technical team and for our customers.
Rather than logging into the customer portal area you can now e-mail your support requests directly to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Once a support request is received, you will receive an auto-response message, almost immediately just to confirm that we have received the message.
Internally, new / updated requests are bumped to the top of our list so that urgent issues can be seen and dealt with immediately.
We have also been updating the branding in the customer portal to our new logo and made some other, minor, ‘behind the scenes’ changes to keep improve our hosting service.
